How can we complete your typical project in only 1 month? We have an organized approach, loyal and trustworthy trade partners, and our own staff to complete most time-sensitive components. More complicated projects can require more time, but you will have a timeline before scheduling any work, also included in our contract.
Are you aware that finishing a lower level is the least costly of typical home improvements and s roughly 20% the cost of adding additional upper level square footage? In fact, you can expect 70-80% ROI on this sort of project according to Remodeling Magazine.
Most homes are constructed without any interior insulation in the lower level. So it is cold and not inviting. We remedy that by adding framed walls and insulation, as well as added ductwork, both supply and return air to help keep you and your family and friends more comfortable.
Every home is different, but our expert consultant will offer ideas to maximize the usefulness and value of your project.
How do you pay? Personal check accepted at time of contract for 50% of total, 40% at 2 weeks from completion, final 2 weeks after substantial completion.
